Directions From Wilmington to Topsail Island - Heading North
Take the I-140 E - Go 3.8 miles. THis becomes US-17N This will go for approx. 20 miles till you see NC-210. THere is a Lowe's on the Right hand side. NC-210 is the intersection after the Lowe's. Follow NC-210 for until you run into NC-50 You will make a right at the light and continue towards surf city. Harbor Sound is on the left hand side of the road before you get to the bridge.
Directions From Jacksonville to Topsail Island - Heading South
To get to Surf City and Harbor Sound from Jacksonville. Take US-17 and follow that for 21 miles. You will need to turn left onto NC-50. Follow this for 3.3 miles and eventually you will merge into NC-210. Harbor Sound will be on you r left hand side just before you get to the bridge.
